LOL - Back Bacon for Izzi and as to what is Canadian ... That's a good question as most everything is made in Asia now ... Hmmm ... I'll find something for you Splatt.
And thank-you all for the warm welcome, except for you Jill that welcome was not warm at all .

Welcome to the boards Matt. Izzi's right, the bacon from Canada is better than anything you can buy around here. The last time I found good bacon I looked at the package and sure enough it said 'Canada' on the back. I'm looking forward to making your acquaintance Matt. Dusty.

Thanks again for the warm welcome ... Bacon all 'round it is.
I was already bringing a "Canadian Carry-On" (a cooler), now I'll just fill 'er with bacon for the drive ...
"What's in the cooler, sir?" "Bacon Officer ... cool refreshing bacon." "Ok ... Bacon?" "Canadian Bacon." "OK ... And why do you have a cooler full of imported Canadian Bacon" "Cause I'm going down to Utah to celebrate American Independence dressed as a storm trooper" "Ok ..."
If for any reason I don't make it to Utah please assume that this conversation took place and let my wife know I'm in an institution somewhere between Salt Lake and the BC boarder.

Although that convo is funny, I really hope it doesn't happen and that you make it down here safe and sound.
