The only problem with SDS is that since the LFL lawsuit, it's my understanding it can no longer be sold in the US.

Oh also... the pic above has a Han ANH "hero" style flash supressor, but "Greedo Killer" style cooling grill. So it's kind of a hodge-podge.

Aaannnnd... here't the blaster portion of my PM (again for info sharing) Now for the mausers. Those are Denix replicas, which are a GREAT base for a DL-44 or Merr-Sonn replica. They're all metal except the plastic grips. In fact, Master Replicas used them for the base for their Han ANH blaster (they...

Adam, Reposting the saber portion of my PM here for info sharing purposes :) Now for the tough part, the saber hilts. Looking at the pic, I can identify most of them. The one on the left is a Vader ROTJ hilt. Then starting at the top and working down: 1)Looks to be a custom hilt; 2)Anakin Ep2; 3)Obi...

Adam, I replied to your PM, but since I'm a firm believer in sharing information, I'm going to post it here too: It's all crap. I'll give him $50.00 for the whole thing.... ;) j/k Wow, way to make me drool. That sterling is VERY nice. That would be a great start to a beautiful E-11 replica. He'd nee...

So you are recasting it? Technically he's not. The replica prop community considers recasting the act of making molds of another "fan" artist's work, casting up copies, and selling it. The replica prop and costuming community generally frowns on this. However, making molds of a licensed, ...

Yeah, I tried on Adam's AP helmet which had the neck trimmed out even more and I couldn't get the helmet on my head! So as much as I love the look of the AP helmet, I knew it wasn't for me, just too small. Hmmm... then you might have trouble. It's my understanding that the CAP-W and AP are de...

I had molds, but they're shot. I'm in the process of re-doing them, but it's going to be a couple of months at least before they're ready. Once in a while you can find a kit on ebay, or for the best (IMHO) option go with a hyperfirm from sci-fire: http://www.sci-fire.com/tbpage.htm They're made from...

Thanks for posting that, I've been thinking about obtaining an additional more accurate helmet than my MRCE, but worried that a more accurate helmet will be too small for me to wear. Seeing the size comparison of these two shows me that a Cap W is the way for me to go. Yeah you should have no probl...

Here's my new CAP-W helmet. Izzi asked me to bring my pics over here, so here's a copy of the review I posted on our boards: I just acquired a CAP-W helmet kit in a trade with Izzi. I wanted to post here about it. This kit is GREAT! Right out of the box I was pleasantly surprised to discover it come...

Yeah, but the shineys don't want anything to do with the troopers who actually WORK.... slaving all day in the hot sun, carrying those heavy packs, looking for droids, and being lied to by crazy old wizards...

BTW... here's a pic of sonik in the armor he's selling. He's the tall, orange-pauldroned trooper on the right:
